As international shipping costs continue to rise, we’ve had to make some careful adjustments. To ensure we can keep delivering quality products and thoughtful service, we’re no longer able to offer free shipping in certain regions. Instead, we now provide fair and transparent shipping rates based on location.

1. Countries with Eliminated Free Shipping and Introduced Weight-Based Shipping Fees:Free shipping has been canceled for the following countries, which will now incur a small shipping fee based on weight: France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Switzerland, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Croatia, Hungary, Ireland, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovenia, Slovakia, and Singapore.

2. Countries with Partial Weight-Based Shipping Fees:Shipping fees based on weight will apply to: Mexico, Brazil, New Zealand, the Philippines, the UAE, Israel, Jordan, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and Australia.

3. Countries and Regions with Fixed-Rate Shipping Fees:We now offer transportation with fixed fees to the following countries and regions: Puerto Rico, remote areas of the United States, Malta, Chile, Colombia, Peru, India, Bahrain, Cyprus, Kenya, Morocco, Nigeria, Rwanda, Tanzania, Uganda, South Africa, and the British and U.S. Virgin Islands.

4. Countries and Regions with Free Shipping:Free shipping will still be available to: the United States, Canada, Germany, the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, South Korea, Thailand, Taiwan, Japan, Vietnam, and Malaysia. Generally, countries where we have established local warehouses, such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, and Canada, are eligible for free shipping.

2. Processing Time + Shipping Time:

Before shipping, we take time to prepare your products, conduct strict quality checks, and carefully package each item. The preparation time is separate from the delivery time. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this process.

1.Order Processing Time:

  • For countries with local warehouses, processing typically takes 1-3 business days.
  • For countries without local warehouses, items will be shipped from our warehouse in China, usually requiring 3-5 business days.
  • Processing time may vary depending on product availability. Please note, orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

2.Shipping Time:

Please refer to the estimated delivery time chart for guidance. Actual delivery times may be impacted by peak sales periods, local weather, or other unforeseen events.
