JMBricklayer Exclusive Design
This ship draws inspiration from the legendary Flying Dutchman ghost ship, with its striking green color scheme, it perfectly aligns with the JMBricklayer’s style.
As you piece together this cursed ship, eternally adrift and never reaching shore, you’ll feel the eerie sea breeze and see the ghostly green glow come to life. Every building step immerses you deeper into the lore of this haunted vessel, delivering an unparalleled experience of creativity and craftsmanship.
Lighting Effect
This ship’s unique lighting effect makes it truly shine in the dark. From the hull to the portholes, every detail is illuminated with a ghostly green glow, as if a phantom ship has emerged from the depths. Plug in the USB, and the entire vessel is instantly bathed in an eerie light, creating a mysterious atmosphere of high-seas adventure. The lighting transports you to a stormy ocean, immersing you in the thrilling world of pirates.
The Front of the Ship
Designed to resemble the legendary ghost ship, the front is equipped with menacing green claws that jut forward like the jaws of a monstrous sea creature, ready to capture unsuspecting souls. The jagged, sharp edges and dark color scheme create a sinister, otherworldly vibe as if the ship itself is alive and lurking beneath the waves. The intricate detailing of the bow evokes a sense of danger and mystery, capturing the haunting legend of the Flying Dutchman perfectly.
Cannons
The ship’s sides feature multiple dark gunports, each with black, angular cannons ready for battle. The eerie green accents, resembling seaweed or ghostly tendrils, flow around the gunports, enhancing the ship’s haunted, cursed appearance. The dark gray hull is complemented by subtle green details, reinforcing the supernatural theme. The overall design gives the impression of a ship lost to the depths, with cannons that seem to have been consumed by the ghostly forces that now control it.
Ghostly Flame
the ghostly flame design showcases an eerie green fire, represented by translucent green pieces, emerging from the ship’s lanterns. These lanterns are adorned with twisted, spiked branches and detailed elements, further emphasizing the supernatural aura of the ship. The vibrant green flames seem to dance around the lanterns, casting an ominous glow over the ship.
Sails
The ship’s sails are dark, tattered, and feature a haunting design that appears to depict an octopus or kraken-like creature in a striking, ghostly white pattern.
Home Decor
This set is not only a captivating build but also an excellent choice for home decor. Its intricate design and striking details make it a standout piece that can enhance any living space.
Whether displayed on a shelf, desk or as part of a larger collection, this ghost ship evokes the allure of maritime legends and adds a touch of the supernatural to your home.

This set goes together exceptionally well, the manual is very well designed, and all steps are clear and understandable. The quality of the bricks is good and they are similar clutch to Lego. The rigging is easy to tie and the sails fit perfectly and really make the set stand out.
As a ship, this thing just looks great, but what makes it amazing are the lights. We get 9 LED lights that are placed into clear green parts to create an eerie glow to give that ghost ship feel. I’m always wary about lights as I’ve had other sets where the routing of the cables and keeping the LED part in the brick piece are absolute nightmares. Rest assured this lighting set installs perfectly and I had absolutely no issues with it. The instructions are part of the manual and follow the build logically.
One last detail is the two luminous stickers that run the entire flank of each side of the ship. They look cool just by themselves but if you shine a UV light on them for a short while and have the room dark, they glow very brightly and this along with the green LED lights make this ship look awesome.
10/10 would recommend!
No build notes as this set goes together exceptionally well. I do have a couple of areas that I think could be improved.
1) The lower part of the battering ram area is only held on with one stud, this could be made more secure
2)The cauldron of fire that is on the deck is loose and sits on four upright prongs. The LED wire keeps it in place a bit but it’s not very sturdy and I’ve knocked it off a few times. It could be secured with a clear piece
