We have sent a survey link via email and Kickstarter Message. You can fill in your shipping information through this survey link, and we will ship the items based on the order of completion.

Shipping Update 1: From CN Warehouse to UK, DE, CA, and US Warehouses 

This week, we will ship the last batch from the CN warehouse to the UK, DE, CA, and US warehouses. All logistics operations are proceeding smoothly.

Shipping Update 2: From UK, DE, CA, and US Warehouses to Backers 

Starting on August 20th, we will begin shipping packages from local warehouses in different regions based on the survey completion order. This means that starting on August 20th, you will receive your shipping tracking numbers gradually.

Note: Due to varying shipping times in different countries, the time customers receive their shipping tracking numbers may vary.

Shipping Update 3: Other Countries and Regions 

Shipments will start from August 20th.
