If LEGO and classic architecture were combined, what would it look like? lucapetraglia.it provides the answer.

This is a 1.75-meter-tall LEGO version of the Leaning Tower of Pisa, built with a staggering 35,000 LEGO bricks.

Of course, when it comes to the Leaning Tower of Pisa, what leaves the most lasting impression? The tilt!

This MOC (My Own Creation) perfectly captures that “always about to fall but never does” marvel.

I believe that the designer must have put a lot of effort into the internal structure, possibly using many technical components—such as cross axles, gears, and perforated beams—to ensure the balance between stability and tilt.

From a distance, it appears to be a magnificent architectural model.

Up close, the exquisite details are truly impressive and astonishing.

The tower’s iconic gray-and-white stripes are created by alternating smooth bricks and regular bricks, faithfully replicating the classic style of Italian architecture.

Each level’s Romanesque colonnade is meticulously detailed—1×1 round bricks and curved bricks are neatly arranged, presenting a classical and elegant appearance.

The base is equally fascinating. The intricate geometric patterns are skillfully assembled using slope bricks and triangular bricks, exuding a strong classical atmosphere.

The railing is made from rod-shaped and clip parts, small yet delicate. The design of the railing at the top of the tower echoes the base, making the overall visual effect more harmonious and unified, giving the entire tower a strong sense of cohesion.

1.75 Meter LEGO Leaning Tower Of Pisa it's not only tall, but also stable.

What’s even more impressive is that it’s not only “tall,” but also “stable.”

The 1.75-meter height is already astonishing, and maintaining structural stability with such a tilted design is even more challenging. The tilt angles are finely adjusted layer by layer, and combined with the ingenious reinforcement of the internal frame, this creates a “seemingly precarious yet incredibly sturdy” architectural marvel.

In terms of color, the main tones of the tower are white and gray, accented with a small amount of gold. It may seem simple, but it’s incredibly elegant. Even with just a few colors, the designer has used the arrangement and combination of bricks to create a rich sense of depth and texture.

Seeing this creation, the only thing that comes to mind is one phrase—In the world of LEGO, nothing is truly impossible.

So, are you ready to start your next masterpiece?
