Voting for the Service Star Champion

   • Open to all people. Whether or not you’ve interacted with our support team via email, you can rate them based on your experience or their positive attitude.
   • Each participant can vote for up to 3 candidates.
2. Voting Period:
   • Start Date: December 20, 2024
   • End Date: December 30, 2024
3. Voting Candidates:
   • General Amazon support
   • Official JMBricklayer support
   • Amazon US, UK, Canada, Europe support
   • Kickstarter/Indiegogo support/B2B support
4. Rewards for Voting:
   • Service Star Champion: The top-rated support team member will be crowned the Service Star Champion.
   • Voting Rewards: The champion will randomly select supporters to receive special gifts and additional points as a token of appreciation.
   • Champion’s Speech: The winning champion will share a brief personal story, highlighting memorable or interesting experiences in providing exceptional customer service.

Announcement of Results

Mark your calendars! The results of the 2024 Outstanding JMBricklayer Service Star Election will be announced on January 1, 2025. We will reveal the most popular Service Star and recognize the lucky winners from our supportive audience.
